Gasline Laguerre

Hello and welcome!

I’m Gasline Laguerre, proud founder and owner of Vensky Home HealthCare Services. Caring for others isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I’m a wife, a mother of two wonderful boys, and hold a Master’s degree in Public Health.

My journey of caring for others began over 10 years ago here in South Florida. As a college student, I worked for Miami Dade College’s Access Department as a Learning Disability Specialist. I supported students with disabilities—helping them get to and from class, taking notes, serving as a test proctor, and ensuring they received the accommodations they needed to succeed. I witnessed firsthand how compassionate, dependable care could bring comfort and peace of mind—not just to those receiving it, but also to their loved ones.

In 2015, my life changed forever when my husband and I welcomed our first child. We were overjoyed—until moments after his birth, when doctors rushed him away for testing. Days turned into months with no answers. A year later, we learned he had a rare disease that meant he would never walk or talk. As young parents, we were devastated—but we chose to give him the best life possible.

We became his full-time caregivers, balancing work, raising our second child, and navigating the challenges of the COVID years. Eventually, we realized we needed help and hired a home nurse. Through that experience, I saw both the good and the challenges of home healthcare.

That’s when my vision for Vensky Home HealthCare Services was born. I know what it feels like to carry the weight of caring for someone you love. I understand the emotional, physical, and mental toll it can take. And because I’ve been there, I can connect with families on a deeper level—providing care that is truly personal.

Our mission is simple: to provide personalized home care that treats every client like family. Whether it’s helping with daily activities, offering companionship, or providing specialized support, we are committed to helping people live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in the place they love most—home.

We understand the unique needs and cultural diversity of Miami-Dade and Monroe County. Our staff speaks Haitian Creole, French, and Spanish, ensuring you receive care in the language you are most comfortable with.

If you have questions, need guidance, or just want to talk about how we can help your loved one, my door (and phone line) is always open. I look forward to welcoming you into the Vensky Home HealthCare Services family.
